It all began when Hal and Elaine Porter moved their family from the warm sunshine of Tucson, Arizona to be closer to extended family.
They and their four daughters arrived in Utah on Christmas Eve in 1996. Elaine had grown up in Northern Utah and missed the beautiful mountains and seasons. To Elaine’s surprise, Hal had wanted to move to Utah years before, but the timing was not right. Both had spent time in Utah county and knew that this was going to be “home” to them.
Hal, with his 48 years of food service (Owner, Manager, and Chef) experience, and Elaine, with her 36 years in the corporate world and degree in Interior Design, began a new adventure and started a catering business.
Twenty-four years later, they are growing, expanding, and enjoying the opportunities to create fond memories for their clients.
