Sandwich:  Choice of  hoagie bun, whole wheat, or white bread with meat choices of turkey or ham, cheese, and condiments, tomato, lettuce, sweet pickles, and red onion. Served with chips, cookie, bottled water. Add $1.00 per person for Focaccia or $2.00 per person for Ciabatta sandwich.
